Skills Required:

• Basic patient care and personal hygiene assistance.
• Ability to assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Knowledge of safe patient handling, positioning and fall prevention.
• Ability to observe and report changes in the patient's health and behaviour.
• Understanding of infection control, cleanliness and patient safety.
• Good communication, patience, empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care instructions and maintain patient confidentiality.
• * Willingness to work day or night shifts as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th or 12th standard pass; preference for candidates with caregiver training.
• Previous experience in home healthcare, elderly care or patient assistance is preferred.
• Caregiver, General Duty Assistant (GDA) or Home Health Aide certification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes and work according to assigned duty schedules.
